Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds Oyster Mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 gloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel
- Cut the mushrooms into individual pieces of one mushroom each
- Trim the stems (remove half of the stem)
- Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil
- Add mushrooms and soy sauce and gently toss together
- Stir and continue cooking until mushrooms are tender
- Add the butter, garlic and red pepper flakes and continue to cook for approximately 2-3 minutes stirring frequently
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add parsley when ready to serve
